Go Mobility Scooters will have the parts shipped directly to the technician, or your residence free of charge. Every effort will be made to return your mobility equipment to working condition in the shortest time possible. The following parts will be repaired or replaced at Pride's discretion, free of charge, for the following allowable time periods from the date of purchase. 5 Years: Structural frame components, including: platform, forks, seat post, and frame welds Two Years: All electronic parts including controllers and battery chargers 1 Year: Drivetrain including differential, motor, and brakes Six Month: The batteries are covered by a separate six (6) month warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear including: ABS Plastic Shrouds, Tires and Tubes, Upholstery and Seating. Large items will ship via freight carrier and be delivered to your front door, driveway, or nearest accessible location. The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery time that is convenient for you. Please note: Freight carriers cannot deliver the item inside your home. Free Standard Delivery does not include set-up or removal of packing materials or delivery inside your home. For this service, please consider White Glove Delivery. Inside Delivery Your unit is delivered by a freight carrier and brought over the threshold inside your home - only at ground-level. The freight carrier will not deliver the product up any stairs or ramps nor will they unpack the product to fit through doors. To ensure that Inside Delivery is an option for you, please measure the door to your home (ground-level) to ensure that it is at least 36” wide (standard width of the box). The carrier will call you directly to schedule a convenient time for delivery.
