The PRIDE Reading Program is an Orton-Gillingham–based curriculum designed specifically for struggling readers and dyslexic learners, giving parents a scripted, step-by-step path to follow at home. Lessons are multisensory and systematic, guiding students through phonemic awareness, phonics, sight words, and fluency with lots of built-in review and practice. Developed by reading specialists and aligned with science-of-reading research, the program assumes no prior expertise on the part of the parent and provides clear training materials and support. Families appreciate the way progress is broken into small, achievable steps that build confidence, not just skills. The program is a significant investment compared to generic phonics workbooks, but for many, it is still more affordable and flexible than ongoing private tutoring.
