Dash of Pride is a queer-owned online store based in Portland, Oregon. Jenna Szyluk founded the online store in 2020 after trying to plan her wedding. She found that the LGBTQ+ community was underrepresented when it came to event decor and supplies, making it difficult to plan. Jenna has a BS degree in design from Syracuse University and she has personally created all the various designs. When she is not creating for her store she enjoys hanging with her family. She is happily married to her wife of 4 yrs and they have 3 kids, 3 large dogs and 1 cat. They are always out adventuring whether it is hiking, playing on the river, skiing, attending kids sports or traveling the world. Supporting the LGBTQ+ community is very important and a percentage of all proceeds are donated to a few LGBTQ+ charities throughout the year. A few of the charities have been: Family Equality, It Gets Better Foundation and Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund.
