Designed to be used with the Primal Strength Monster Hip Thrust Bench Height settings. Setting 1 - suitable for benches of 16-20 inches height and most body sizes. For 90% of users, this will be correct setting. Attach each end of the bar using the bolt hole closest to the plate horn, then insert the 2nd bolt. Setting 2 - suitable for benches of 18-22 inches and users over 6 feet tall. Attach each end of the bar using the 2nd bolt hole up from the plate horn, then insert the 2nd bolt. Setting 3 - suitable for benches of 24+ inches height, users above 6 feet 4 inches tall, or for those with unusually high muscular body weights.
