Included in the Primary Bedroom E-Design Service: •Floor plan where applicable (not usually included with kitchen or bathroom refresh) •Design board •Shopping list to purchase applicable furniture/accessories including the following: All furniture, accessory, rug, art, bedding, etc selections where applicable All hard and soft finishes where applicable (flooring, window treatments, paint, etc) All lighting and hardware where applicable Package includes 1 round of revisions. If additional revisions are required, time will be billed at a rate of $125/hour. How it works: After purchasing a package, fill out our project form here with details regarding your project. You will be contacted within 24 hours (excluding Sunday) to schedule an in depth consultation which will take place over the phone. In preparation for your consultation, we ask that you have measurements and photos of your existing space as well as 3-5 inspiration images for your project and an estimate of how much you would like to spend on furnishing and accessories if you’d like to redo those. During your call, your designer will go over your needs in detail and confirm the scope of your project. Depending on the scope of your virtual design project, we can work with existing furniture already in your space or come up with a completely new space. Your call will last approximately 1 hour per package purchased. Following the in-depth phone call, the design phase will begin! The design phase will typically take 3-5 business days per package. When the design work is completed, you will receive the end deliverable for your virtual design project, which will include the following: (list from above). If you’d like to purchase any of the furniture, accessories, rugs, art, bedding, window treatments, lightings, etc. we’d like to offer you a discounted price for those items spec’d. We do not directly sell fixed finishes like flooring, paint, hardware, etc.
