Valmont Primary Pomade
Rich Repairing Balm for Dry and Fragile Skin Valmont Primary Pomade is an intensely nourishing face balm designed to replenish lipids, reinforce the skin barrier and restore comfor t to dry, flaky or irritated areas. Despite its rich concentration of plant waxes, oils, ceramides and nourishing butter, the formula melts beautifully into the complexion without feeling excessively heavy. Skin feels softer, more supple and protected against moisture loss. Benefits Intensely nourishes dry and very dry skin Helps replenish essential skin lipids Supports the skin’s protective barrier Softens rough, flaky and uncomfortable areas Helps soothe the appearance of irritation Reduces feelings of tightness and dryness Leaves the complexion supple, smooth and comfortable Absorbs with a refined, non-sticky finish Best For All skin types, particularly dry and very dry skin Flaky, rough or persistently tight-feeling skin A fragile or depleted skin barrier Skin affected by cold weather, wind or indoor heating Dryness following travel or seasonal changes Skin feeling uncomfortable after over-exfoliation Targeted application over especially dry areas Anyone seeking a rich balm without a heavy surface finish How It Works Primary Pomade surrounds the skin with a concentrated blend of plant waxes, oils, butter and biomimetic lipids. Ceramides, cholesterol and phytosphingosine help replenish components naturally found within the skin barrier, while shea butter, jojoba esters and nourishing botanical oils help soften rough texture and reduce moisture loss. Valmont’s LP Complex supports the balance of the skin’s surface flora, helping maintain a more comfortable and resilient complexion. How to Use Morning and/or evening, apply after serum. Warm a small amount between the palms of the hands, then gently press and smooth it over the face and neck using light movements. Begin with a very small amount and add more only where needed. Primary Pomade may also be applied selectively to dry, flaky or uncomfortable areas. In the morning, follow with sunscreen. Loshen & Crem’s Recommendation Primary Pomade is ideal when the skin needs more than hydration alone. It is designed for moments when the complexion feels depleted of lipids—tight, rough, flaky or less protected than usual. Warm a small amount thoroughly between your hands before pressing it into the skin. This helps soften the balm and allows a surprisingly fine, elegant application despite its nourishing texture. During an Edmonton winter, we especially recommend applying it as the final evening step over a hydrating serum. Combination skin can use it only over the cheeks, around the mouth or anywhere dryness appears first. It is also a beautiful comfort product when an overly active routine has left the skin feeling unsettled. Temporarily simplify the routine, pause strong exfoliants and use Primary Pomade to support softness and barrier comfort. Important Texture Note Because Primary Pomade contains a high concentration of vegetable waxes, small crystals may naturally develop in the formula over time. This does not affect the product’s quality, effectiveness or safety. Simply warm the balm thoroughly between your hands before applying.
