2022 was a high-quality but low-yield season in the Yarra Valley. A very cool, wet spring led to poor fruit set and small bunches. A dry early summer and well-timed January rain allowed long, slow ripening, delivering concentrated fruit with great natural acidity and tannin. AROMA: Wonderfully perfumed and vibrant, with aromas of cranberries, wild strawberries, a little Sichuan pepper, fresh citrus oil, and musk roses at dusk. PALATE: Medium-bodied with refined acidity and silky fine tannins, offering concentrated red berry fruit, subtle spice and length — a poised, elegant Yarra Valley Pinot Noir. FOOD PAIRING: Pairs beautifully with roast duck, grilled meats, earthy mushroom dishes or rich poultry — flavours that complement its refined structure and bright fruit. SERVE: 14–16 °C
