This is the king of all fillets from the king of the sea - the magnificent British turbot. A huge, majestic fish is the larger cousin of the Brill. Turbot flesh is firm, juicy and lives up to its regal reputation. This fish has been filleted leaving you with a large chunky fillet. Prepared with the skin on and cut from a 3-4kg fish it is truly special. Please bear in mind due to to the shape of the fish you could receive different shapes of fillet with dark or light skin.
