Used to prime the nail for the Gelly Tips. This liquid will leave a sticky residue on your nail which will help with adherence. Ingredients: Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Ethanol H ow To Use: After applying the Dehydrator, apply a small amount of Primer over the entire nail.
