It is externally and internally machined to reduce a dramatic amount of weight. It has a built in headset race and internal threads for the compression bolt. There is a laser etched primo logo on the steer tube and the compression bolt has a machined primo logo on top. The bolt has a 6mm as well as a 8mm hex wrench hole and is machined with two threads on it if you decide to cut your steer tube. The legs are tapered to give tons of welding contact top and has a smaller diameter at the bottom to reduce weight. The legs are tig weld to the steer tube and the dropouts to give it maximum strength. The lower ends of the forks are capped and have a cut out to accept any diameter sized peg. The dropouts are invest casted into 6mm thickness to give it an extremely amount of strength and reduce bending. The complete fork is post weld heat treated to give the forks even more durability. The dropouts have a 26mm off set to push the wheel closer to the center of the frame and allows easier nose manuals and front end maneuvers.
