An eye-catching primrose developed from a rare find at a nursery in England in 1999. Unusual undulating lobed leaves form a lush rosette with a dashing sparkler-like flower spike o f deep golden-yellow with a striking carmine-red picotee. It blooms for a long time in late winter.
