These small brass forks are used to enhance a soft mouthfeel. As time goes on, they will naturally darken which is intentional and will not inhibit their use. They are often used f or Japanese confections but can be used for fruits, cheeses, olives and other small snacks. Designed by Osamu Saruyama Sold as a set of 5, approximately 3 1/2" long.
