Similar to Château Gaby, the grapes are hand-harvested and meticulously selected on the vine. Vinified in the estate’s concrete vats, Princess Gaby is a light, fruit-forward wine with an elegant character and significant aging potential. Our primary aim is to express our terroir and grape varieties. Princess Gaby is an alliance of power and charm, offering a magnificent fruity expression of Merlot, subtly enhanced by the two Cabernets (20%).
