These films, directed by Sergio Leone in the 1960s, redefined the western with a gritty, stylized edge. They were called "spaghetti westerns" because they were largely made by Italian directors and crews, often shot in Spain, and they gave us a new kind of anti-hero: tough, silent, morally ambiguous, and always cool. In these prints, I’m remixing that legendary image of Eastwood into something new and vibrant. The Print With No Name series is all about that mix of old-school cinema iconography and modern pop art.
