An AIRBELT E3 Premium that starts behaving in ways no mechanical explanation covers is usually telling you about its electronics. 8296ER is SEBO's own printed circuit board for it.Every control on the canister reports back to this board, so a failure looks like strange behaviour instead of weak airflow. There is no response at the switch. The dial has no authority over the motor. Or power cuts out for no reason while the impeller still turns freely by hand and the airway is completely clear. Suction that has simply faded is a different problem and belongs to the bag at item 21 of the AIRBELT E schematic, the pre-motor filter box at item 20, or a hose leaking somewhere along its length.Work through the cheaper possibilities first. Confirm the supply cord, the switch and the internal wire that the sheet lists at item 10 as 8282ULER, then replace the board once those are ruled out. Boards are rarely the first thing at fault and always the most expensive guess.
