Standard collection price applies to ground floor / pavement level collections only. This collection is suitable for the removal of: Dental office printers Laser printers Inkjet printers Multifunction printers (MFPs) Network printers Label printers Receipt and prescription printers Common manufacturers include: HP Canon Brother Epson Lexmark Xerox Ricoh Kyocera Samsung OKI Select "Yes" if our engineers need to disconnect the printer before collection. Collections from above or below ground level are subject to an additional Floor Level surcharge. Collections within London (M25) and Scotland & Isles are subject to an additional regional surcharge. If the printer is still connected on arrival and the Disconnection Required option has not been selected, our engineers will be unable to remove the equipment. If the printer is located above or below ground level and the appropriate Floor Level option has not been selected, our engineers will be unable to remove the equipment. Disconnection services terminate at the equipment isolation point. Additional electrical or building works are not included but can be accommodated upon request.
