A little experimentation with ink quantity can create different effects and finishes. This textile printing ink is water-based and designed with both people and the environment in mind. It is suitable for children, making it a useful choice for family craft projects and creative workshops. The paint is certified according to GOTS and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. It is manufactured by CHT, a specialist manufacturer of textile chemicals and printing products. Use Red Printing Ink for fabric printing, textile decoration, block printing, screen printing, paper printing, handmade cards, journals and other creative printing projects. Fixing Your Fabric Print Wash your fabric at least once before printing. This helps prepare the textile before applying your design. After printing, allow the colour to dry in the fabric for one day. Once completely dry, turn the textile inside out. Iron for approximately four minutes at 150°C to fix the colour. After heat fixing, the printed fabric can be washed at temperatures up to 40°C.
