Own your own cask of English whisky from Aedda's Farm Distillery and experience the journey of maturation from day one. Secure your cask today with a 50% deposit, with the remainin g balance due upon filling of the cask, and become part of our distillery’s story. Choose from three different cask types and then enjoy a yearly sample of your cask as it matures in our bonded warehouse in Buckingham. The cost includes up to 10 years of storage, allowing you to choose when to bottle it and the ABV of the final product. We are offering the following cask types: 200 litre first fill Bourbon casks (£4,995) - These premium American oak barrels are ideal for ageing whisky and impart delicious notes of vanilla, honey and tropical fruits. 225 litre ex-red wine STR (shaved, toasted, recharred) casks (£5,995) - a signature cask of our distillery, these highly active casks give a rich and intense maturation, offering strong notes of toffee, chocolate and red fruits, as well as a beautiful, deep colour 250 litre sherry casks (£6,995) - the finest American and Spanish oak hogsheads, some of which have been seasoned with dry Oloroso sherry and others with sweet Pedro Ximénez.
