Tasting Experience Options Beginner Experience — $49.50 per guestPaddlefish Roe, Bourbon Trout Roe, Osetra Black Caviar Discovery Experience — $75 per guestOsetra Black and Kaluga Black Caviar Luxury Experience — $180 per guestOsetra Gold, Kaluga Gold, Royal Siberian, and White Sturgeon Caviar All experiences include truffle chips. While we do not serve alcohol, guests are welcome to bring their own wine (BYOB) to enjoy during the tasting. We also offer water, sparkling water, and a soda as part of the experience.
