LIVE "VIRTUAL" TIME Saturday November 28th 1pm - 4pm INSTRUCTOR - Chrissie Boon This is a private class for staff of the University of Waterloo Staff Association. Class will run in a private facebook group. If you can't join us live that's okay. Watch at your own pace. The classes will be always be available to watch at your leisure in the private facebook group. WHAT WILL BE LEARNED/INCLUDED A class project photo will be posted by mid November. Cookies will be Winter themed. Students will learn to create a single set of all cookies pictured during the live class. Class is set up so that the cookies can be followed along with during class. Information on what needs to be baked & which icing needs to be made will be provided. RECIPES for royal icing, & sugar cookies will be shared TEMPLATES to hand cut cookies will be be posted in PRIVATE CLASS GROUP on FACEBOOK. ONGOING 1 on 1 SUPPORT through the private group LOCATION THIS CLASS WILL BE RUN THROUGH A PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP (for registered students ONLY) Chrissie will keep the facebook group active for questions to be answered. Please allow 48 hours for questions to be answered that are not asked during the live class. Class video and facebook group will remain permanent on facebook exclusively for members of the group to rewatch the class and continue to ask questions after the class. (Subject to change in future if facebook ever changed their storing or group functions). Supply list will be available in the private facebook group. A kit will be made available of premade cookies and icing. Available for pick up morning of class for those who wish to purchase a kit.
