Sir Monty's has 1200sqft with seating for 85 people (Full capacity for 100) Perfect for Weddings, Private Parties, Birthday Parties, Retirement Parties, Celebrations of Life, Christmas/Holiday Parties (anything else you can think of). For Food: You can Potluck your own, bring in a caterer or work with us to provide you whatever you need for food. Music: For your event, you can steam music through our sound system, bring in a DJ or even a live music act. Let us know what you'd like and we can even recommend a professional for your event. 2025 Venue Rental: From $350 Typical Venue Rental is from 6pm until 11pm and includes bar service Only. Wedding Rental: From $550 Typical Venue Rental is from 6pm until 12am. Access allowed at 6pm to allow for additional time for decorating, table set up, caterer accommodations etc. Includes bar service. Options for catering, decorating, DJ, live music, or anything you can think of, we can try to accommodate, just call us to discuss. Additional Wait Staff available for groups over 50-65 @ flat rate of $100. For groups over 65 we recommend at least 1 additional staff Deposits are non-refundable within 45 days of rental date *unless we can re-rent the space for that time.
