Private Icebath Session for Alisha and Crew. (10 people minimum) Here’s everything you need to know before attending the workshop on the 14th of October! *Please read through carefully and contact us if there’s any further questions or concerns. WHAT TO BRING: A yoga mat or towel to sit on. Your swimmers/comfortable clothes to ice bath in. A towel and warm clothes for after your icebath. (Pack extra layers!) A bottle of water and snacks if you need. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR: If you have a heart condition, circulatory issues, cardiovascular disease, epilepsy or seizures, recently had surgery, a history of frostbite, or hypersensitivity to cold. We ask that you inform us of any of the following listed above so that we are aware and can be mindful of any conditions that may make Icebathing or Breathwork uncomfortable for you.
