About our private classes: Unless otherwise noted in the description, our classes are demonstration-style cooking classes. We strive to showcase creative ways to pair our oils and vinegars with themed menus! Expect a generous tasting of every dish we prepare, so come hungry. You'll also receive copies of the recipes served to recreate your evening. Feel free to bring your own wine or beverages to enjoy with the meal; we provide the glassware and expect responsible consumption of alcohol. We offer specialized menus tailored to the number of participants for private classes. While we can accommodate intimate groups as small as six guests, we recommend eight for an optimal experience. If you're unsure which option to try, our rustic Italian class offers the most versatility, featuring vegetarian and gluten-free options alongside a fantastic array of flavors! Discounts increase depending on class size. Our base prices for Monday-Thursday Classes are as follows: 6-12 People Base Price $540.00 13-15 People Base Price +$53 for each additional seat 16-18 People Base Price +$50 for each additional seat Base Price Class Options: Rustic Italian Mexican Fiesta Margarita Madness Simply Saucy It's a Bit Greek Taco Tuesday Stir it up! For an upgraded experience, these classes are also available with an additional fee: Flavors of Charcuterie Steak and Bourbon Wino I or Wino II Pasta Making (hands-on) Steak and Whiskey Stuffed Italian Class times: These classes can start between 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM or for an evening class, 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. Weekend classes are available, but seat rates increase by $5.00/seat due to scheduling. Each class lasts approximately 1 1/2 hours; please have your guests arrive 10 minutes early to give everyone time to settle. After the class, attendees are welcome to shop at our store; they will receive 10 percent off their purchases. Please fill out a Private Party form via our website at Oliveherbco.com. Our deposit to reserve a future class date is $450.00. The remainder of the cost is due one week before class. A refund is only given one week before the class date; otherwise, we can hold a credit for a future date. The class date will be confirmed by email once you have paid the deposit.
