York does not operate a conventional tasting bar or offer standard tasting flights. Instead, The York Experience is a reservation-only, approximately 90-minute visit limited to abo ut six guests. Multiple wines are poured throughout the experience as you explore how traditional-method sparkling wine is created. Depending on what is available in production, your visit may include selected barrel or production samples presented alongside finished York wines, offering a closer look at how the wines develop before release. The historic property and estate vineyard provide additional context, with part of the visit taking place outdoors when weather permits.Guests must be 19 or older. Spittoons are available. Outdoor areas may include hard-packed gravel or uneven ground, so appropriate footwear is recommended. Applicable 13% tax is included in the reservation price. Show more
