75 minutes face-to-face class in my studio in Villeneuve (or Zoom, your choice) yoga coaching tailored to your personal needs and preferences. I am keen on helping you build your o wn yoga practice based on your intentions. Ideally, I recommend to have between 6 and 12 private yoga classes in order to explore, try and test different things.
