I have you covered if you want something even more functional than my basic 2B stand. The 2B Control Box from E-Stim Systems is a legend in its own right, and we use it regularly here. This version is also made from ABS but is vapour-smoothed to give it a shiny finish. For a long time, I have wanted to create a stand for it so I can easily adjust settings while viewing the screen. This isn't easy to do with just the control box, especially if I use the mains power adaptor. I designed this pro version of my stand set to clip onto each side of the 2B. It allows viewing the controls and screen at either a 60-degree angle or 30 degrees, providing two options for its use. The two arms slide on from either end of the control box, and each side features four rubber feet to help prevent it from slipping on smooth surfaces, regardless of its orientation. Unlike the basic version, this one has two struts that you use four small screws (fallen key supplied) to secure the sides in place for a more permanent installation. One strut has a holder for a spare 9V battery and a velcro strap to secure it in place. The other features a 1/4UNC-20 brass threaded insert to mount the holder on a stand with a compatible male thread. This allows for some creative possibilities where you position the stand, making it perfect in a professional setting or studio. These stands are printed in ABS with two colours for a nice aesthetic look and are vapour-smoothed, so they have a glossy finish. Due to the time it takes to make these stands (around three days), they will only be available in limited quantities, so grab one if you want the 2B to operate easily with one hand and be able to view and display it while playing.
