The Zwilling Pro 8-Piece Knife Block Set is a complete, professional-quality knife collection built around Zwilling’s acclaimed Pro series. The set includes everything needed to ha ndle virtually any kitchen task — from delicate garnishes and vegetable peeling to chopping, dicing, mincing, slicing bread, and breaking down proteins. The knives are stored in a handsome 16-slot hardwood knife block with a built-in 2-stage pull-through sharpener featuring coarse and fine ceramic slots to sharpen and hone blades at home.Zwilling Pro’s signature curved bolster acts as a natural extension of the hand, encouraging the professional pinch grip — thumb and index finger on the blade — for improved safety, control, and reduced fatigue during extended cutting sessions. Each blade is forged from a single piece of SIGMAFORGE high-carbon stainless steel and ice-hardened with the FRIODUR process for a blade that starts sharper, stays sharper longer, and has superior resilience. The hybrid blade geometry combines a broad front curve for Western rocking cuts with a straight back for Japanese-style chopping — the full length of the blade is usable and sharpenable from bolster to tip.
