Our Classic Base liquid is designed to smoothly apply dip layers in combination with our dip powders. Directions: After nail prep, apply in thin layers and dip into our dip powder. Repeat 2-3 times or as necessary to your preference, then continue with Classic Activator when done. Refer to instructions for further information! Ingredients: Ethyl cyanoacrylate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Calcium Pantothenate Safety & Precautions: Keep out of reach of children! Do not apply on broken, infected, or irritated skin.
