It absorbs less moisture giving you more prints before drying is needed. PCTG is a copolyester in the same family as PETG, engineered for higher toughness and stability. Think “PETG feel” with more durability and heat performance, making it a go-to for functional prototypes, end-use brackets, enclosures, RC components, tooling aids, and shop fixtures. Print Settings Nozzle: 240–260 °C Bed: 75–90 °C (PEI, smooth or textured; light glue stick if needed) Chamber heat: Not required Fan: 0–40% (lower fan = stronger layers & better clarity) Speed: 50–300 mm/s (slow outer walls for best finish) Drying (if needed): 65 °C for 3–6 hrs Storage: Sealed container with desiccant. PCTG absorbs moisture slower than PETG, but should remain in a sealed container when not in use. For most printers, a generic PETG profile will get you started.
