The LED console gives a clear, no-frills readout of your metrics. The LCD smart touchscreen adds the full entertainment layer: Netflix, Google and Spotify on screen, phone casting, location running along real-world routes, stored workout history, phone charging points, plus USB playback through the built-in speakers. If the treadmill is for a facility, the LED keeps things simple; if it's somewhere people do long sessions, the LCD is the one they'll actually use. Can I watch Netflix or stream music while I run?On the LCD touchscreen version, yes — entertainment apps including Netflix and Spotify run directly on the console (connect it to your WiFi and log into your own accounts), or cast your phone's screen to the display. What is location running? The LCD console can display real-world routes and scenic trails on screen while you run — turning a long steady-state session into a run somewhere, rather than a countdown on a clock. Does the console track my workouts? The LCD touchscreen stores your workout history so you can review past sessions and track progress over time. The LED console displays live metrics for the current session. Which console should a commercial gym choose? The LED Performance console is typically favoured in high-traffic environments for its durability and simplicity — though hotel gyms and boutique studios increasingly fit the LCD so guests can stream while they train. Is the LCD option less reliable? No. The LCD is commercial-grade, but includes additional electronics for interactive functionality. Can a chest strap be used?Yes, both consoles support external heart rate chest straps for accurate monitoring — alongside the built-in hand-pulse sensors. How does the TX-10 compare to the TT-X15 and TT-X18?The TX-10 is the value pick of the Pro X range: the same 7HP peak commercial motor, wide 600mm deck and steep 0-20% incline, with an 18.5-inch console. The TT-X15 steps up to a 21.5-inch console on the same deck and incline spec, while the TT-X18 pairs the 21.5-inch console with a heavier 203kg frame, 550mm belt and 0-15% incline.
