Radius and Leg Lengths Defined: The bend radius is measured on the "center line" of the tube. Tube radius bend result is determined by the combination of the capability of available tooling, and material being formed. The leg length is the straight portion, starting from the tangent point (where the bend starts). For bend radius, maximum degree of bend, minimum leg length, and minimum wall thickness information, please refer to the "tube bending capabilities" chart above.
