Pro You Oxidizing Cream 40 Volumes (12%), when mixed with the Pro You Color Maker coloring, it can lighten up to 4 tones in natural hair. It should be used on healthy hair, not too sensitized. Specially formulated to be used with the ultra light series, the use of this oxidant with bleach is not recommended and it is expressly forbidden to use this mixture on the scalp.
