The Pronto Service Controller (PSC), a component of the UniFi Converged Services Suite, is an intelligent, plug-and-play IP network access controller / router / gateway for any num ber of external, third party WiFi access points. The PSC includes an 802.11n access point and can scale via a firmware image upgrade to support up to 75 concurrent connections per PSC. The controller hosts TCP/IP network services as well as WLAN-specific access, security and other application services. The PSC is self-configuring and remotely managed by the Pronto UniFi OSS.
