The Profoto ProRing Plus Flash Head serves as a light source that encircles the camera lens and is supported by the included mount. This device is favored by fashion photographers due to its distinctive catchlights, soft and flat illumination, and its ability to produce nearly shadowless light, even when positioned close to a background. Equipped with a glass safety cover, the flash tube can withstand up to 2,400W/s. The ProRing Plus includes adapters for both camera and stand, along with a 13-foot cable. The lamp head connector is designed to be sealed, effectively preventing dust and moisture from infiltrating the generator. It is important to note that this model does not feature a modeling light. It is compatible with the Pro-8, Pro-7, Pro-B4, Pro-B3, Pro-B2, and D4 generators. Please be aware that a separate power pack must be purchased for operation.
