The SaltDogg® PRO6000 is a 6 cubic yard poly hopper spreader with a full length auger, built for contractors, property managers and municipalities running dump trucks or flatbeds a t a minimum 25,999 lb GVW. This is the 12V electric drive version. It spreads bulk salt or a 50/50 salt/sand mix. Independent 12V motors drive the auger (3/4 HP) and spinner (1/2 HP), with in-cab variable speed control. Patented double-wall poly hopper on a corrosion-resistant stainless steel frame. 6 in. steel variable pitch auger running in a 304 stainless trough. 18 in. polymer spinner spreads material 5 to 30 ft. Adjustable-height side-swing chute suits varied truck mounting heights. Two steel top screens break up clumps during bulk loading; inverted V and remote auger bearing grease kit included.
