Jason Probstein is a lampworker living in Asheville, North Carolina. He works glass tubing and rod with a torch to first heat and then shape his pieces. He uses Corning Pyrex, a st rong and very durable glass. These LED nightlights require no additional bulb (should last about 14 years) and will come on automatically when the room is dark. Photos are tough — know that they are more beautiful in person, and can look quite different when they are not lit up!
