Proco SP3204 is a liquid, spray booth additive designed for the treatment of overspray, that remains sticky, within the spray booth water. It can be used with both solvent-based and water-based paints and lacquers and within most types of wet spray booths. As a denaturing coagulant, the composition of Proco SP3204 makes it suitable for all types of solvent-based and water-soluble solutions. When mixed with spray booth water, it agglomerates pigments (overspray) from paint, lacquer, basecoat, and varnish, preventing clogging thus reducing the need for the cleaning of system. This means that Proco SP3204 extends the lifespan of spray booth water and reduces draining frequency. Proco SP3204 contains a corrosion inhibitor that will assist to prolong the working lifespan of your spraybooth. Proco SP3204 is very effective with all types of lacquer, especially solvent-based lacquer, that can become very sticky within a spray booth. Treating the system water (with both Proco SP3204 and SA303) will allow lacquer to be separated and filtered from the booth water.
