Produttori Aged Grappa is an Italian pomace brandy crafted from the grape skins, seeds, and stems of Piedmont's celebrated Nebbiolo grape, the same variety used to produce Barolo a nd Barbaresco wines. Aged in oak casks, it develops a warm amber colour with a smooth, mellow character. Expect notes of dried fruit, vanilla, warm spice, and the underlying grape-skin intensity of the source material.
