There must be no more than a 30mm slope across the installation area. Any paving or slabs must have solid concrete beneath the fixing points. Decking must be supported by suitable structural joists. If the surface is found to be unsuitable on arrival, installation may not be able to proceed and the visit may be treated as a failed installation — charges will still apply. Site AccessPlease ensure there is clear, safe access to the installation area, sufficient room for the team to manoeuvre and position components, and that any furniture, planters or obstructions have been removed in advance. Parking should be available nearby where possible. PackagingYour pergola must remain in its original, unopened packaging until our installers arrive. If your product has been opened, unpacked or handled in any way, please notify us in writing before your installation is booked.
