Liquitex Satin Medium gives acrylic paint a satin sheen finish, while increasing color saturation and brightness. Use it to lower the viscosity of heavier body paint and increase i ts flow, or to extend the volume of more fluid paint without affecting acrylic stability. The more you add, the thinner and more transparent color will be, so mix in until you achieve the viscosity and translucency you want. Collaging? Use it direct from the bottle as a lightweight glue.
