Then on top of the machine, you’ll also find an expansion valve for adjusting brewing pressure, accessible without prying any of the panels off. Finally, the Profitec Pro 400 is automated where it matters: preinfusion. The machine automatically does a 5-second 4-pressure preinfusion before hitting the full brewing pressure.
