A branchier crabapple that grows considerably wider than it does tall, this crabapple is an excellent statement piece. Magenta colored flower spring forth in April and last for several weeks. Grows in many soil types and can tolerate deer damage. In fall, the leaves match the fruit and turn a reddish- copper color.
