In this program high school students will embark on a transformational journey, dedicating 1000 hours toward deep-diving into a career field or area of passion. Students will design a personalized learning plan with the guidance of a Career Tracking Coach who will help them build a vibrant, standout transcript that reflects real-world skills and commitment. This will equate to 6-7 credits per school year dependent on the effort your child puts into the completion of their work. We will be working closely with parents however ultimately you the parent will decide whether their level of work is sufficient. Our goal is for students to work through 3 years of course work with us and graduate high school between 16-17 years old. Throughout the program, students will: Develop a customized roadmap for exploring their field through hands-on projects, professional interviews, shadowing, and mentorships. Learn to network authentically and build connections with industry leaders. Complete guided industry research, including curated documentaries to watch and real-world places to visit. Practice interview skills, project documentation, and reflective writing to build both a professional portfolio and transcript-ready evidence of learning. Receive ongoing accountability check-ins and career coaching to help track progress, overcome challenges, and celebrate milestones. This course is about more than credit — it’s about designing your future with purpose, passion, and professionalism.
