Our Level 3 Kayak skills coaching is a focused training and benchmarking session designed to help paddlers understand where they currently sit against Level 3 performance criteria. The day provides structured observation and individual feedback, allowing participants to identify strengths, gaps, and priorities ahead of a formal Level 3 River Skills Assessment. Our session mirrors demand, the environment, and the decision-making expectations of Level 3 paddling, whilst maintaining a supportive environment aligned with best practice in duty of care, risk management, and progressive skills development.
