Prohydro 100 is a unique solution containing four elements namely a sequestering agent, a dispersal agent, reducer and corrosion inhibitor. It has been produced for low to medium a s well as high pressure steam generators, open or closed circuit cooling towers and heating and cooling installations. Prohydro 100 is a liquid reagent that provides all of the properties required for a complete circuit conditioning program so provides protection against scale, limestone and corrosion. It contains complexing agents and acts on hardness leaks by preventing calcareous salts from forming solid deposits. Prohydro 100 is a slightly alkaline solution which neutralises aggressive agents and neutralizes carbonic acid which allows the passivation of the iron. This product reduces dissolved oxygen (gO2) thus avoiding the formation of metal oxides and the passivating components form a protective layer on the steel surfaces. Show more
