The Cozy Afternoon pattern was designed by Isabell Kraemer. Our sample was knit in Yummy 3-Ply in the color Zinfandel. This sport weight pullover is just right for a cozy afternoon! It's perfect for layering over a bright tank or T-shirt to peek through the lace. Push up the sleeves, pair with jeans or skirt, it's so easy to wear, and easy to knit.Cozy Afternoon is worked seamlessly from the top down. First, the yoke is worked back and forth and then it is joined to work in the round. The yoke is worked using the contiguous set-in-sleeves method developed by Susie Myers. Madeira Lace is worked for the front only. When the yoke shaping is complete, the sleeve stitches are placed on hold and the underarm stitches are cast on. The body is worked in the round to the ribbing. Then sleeve stitches are picked up again to work the sleeves top down in the round to the end.
