The Minija Hat pattern was designed by Kirsten-Michele. Our sample was knit in Miss Babs Yowza Mini in Coastal Fog as the main color with Dark Chocolate, Candied Pecan, Moss, and R usset as the contrasts. Minija Hat is knit in the round from the brim to the crown. The brim is worked in ribbing, followed by integrated Latvian braids and stranded colorwork in a Lithuanian inspired motif. The crown of the hat is topped with a pompom. You'll need one Yowza Mini in the main color, plus about 60 yards each of the contrasting colors to complete this project.
