The Shaldon Poncho pattern was designed by Ella Austin. Our samples were knit in Miss Babs Yowza in Oyster and a Wild Iris colorway (two color version), and in Miss Babs Katahdin in the Moonlight Stroll colorway. You can read about the modifications Jen made to knit Shaldon in Yowza on her project page here. A simple and elegant design that can be dressed up or down, Shaldon Poncho transforms a skein of hand dyed yarn into a practical and comfortable poncho. The poncho is a unique, flattering shape formed by increases along the shoulders as well as the front and back points. You'll need two skeins of Yowza for the two color version, or about 650 yards of Katahdin to knit the pattern as written. You can purchase the pattern for Shaldon Poncho directly from the designer on Ravelry. This pattern may also be found on the LoveCrafts website. All patterns are sold separately and not included with purchase of yarn.
