The Zaviona pattern was designed by Kirsten-Michele. This sweater is shown here in Yummy 2-Ply in Bougainvillea and Spicy Papaya with DFW 2022 and Dancing Spirit in Moonglow. Zaviona is a top-down seamless yoke sweater that is knit in the round. There is a corrugated ribbed neckline followed by short rows at the back of the neck for a comfortable fit. The yoke features stranded colourwork that has a whimsical flowing curlicue motif. There is optional waist and hip shaping to add feminine shape, and the hem is finished off with ribbing. The pattern offers alternatives for both mid length and long sleeves. Both versions are finished off with corrugated ribbing. The motif was inspired by Art Nouveau Metalwork in Poland. You'll need four to eight skeins of Yummy 2-Ply and two skeins of Moonglow to complete this project. Choose the original colorway below − or try another color!
