ProLine™ High Build Primer is the default recommended Primer option for ProLine™ installs. (ONEPro gallon) HBP is especially effective when the vehicle has excessive chipping, deep scratches, damaged or missing clear coat, pitting, sun damage or other substantial surface defects.
